Focusing entirely on the single product of biomedical-grade nano-zirconia powder, the company has established strong system capabilities through continuous optimization of production processes and a rigorous quality control closed-loop system.    The company has deep expertise in the field of zirconia materials, employing advanced hydrothermal production methods. It holds 32 core patents and has established industry-university-research cooperation with Wuhan University and China University of Geosciences, demonstrating strong technical capabilities. The production line uses a fully automated control system, ensuring stable batch consistency. The production base is located in the Tieshan Precision Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, with an annual production capacity of 1,500 tons of biomedical-grade nano-zirconia powder and blocks.
